Kentucky State Laws

State Traffic School is only for violators of minor traffic convictions. A driver cannot attend State Traffic School if he/she was under a driving suspension when cited for the violation. A driver cannot attend State Traffic School if he/she has been referred (ordered) by the Court to attend the program within the past year.
