Wisconsin State Laws
If you are under 18, you need to complete driver education, have an adult sponsor, and accumulate 30 hours of supervised driving experience. In addition to those requirements, you will need to have held your instruction permit for at least 6 months, and cannot have been convicted of any moving traffic violations for the six months prior to applying for your probationary license, and you will need to pass a road (skills) test.
